But based on the TLCE monitoring and research almost 68% mostly the teacher don\u2019t speak Portuguese language well, 30% school is not accessing the cleaning water , 43% the primary school is abandoned, the majority of graduate student is unemployment, the condition of infrastructure such as the floor, ceiling, door, window, etc. is still in bad condition. TLCE suggests for making huge investments in education sector because education is the key to development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TLCE is wondering that the infrastructure that left by the colonial to Timor Leste, During the Rehabilitation for school that left by colonial in Timor from 2002 with character of emergency but we used until now and mostly were in serious condition.
